I have been volunteering with the organisation Change Climate Change since May 2024. My father’s father owns a farm in Joyceville, Ontario, and I spent many a summer in my childhood helping out around that farm; just enough to know that the lifestyle isn’t for me. I am, rather, book-smart. I am a healer by trade, and like to think I do net good in the world. I am concerned with the future on both a personal and social level, and I believe the planet is in need of some healing.
I joined Change Climate Change because I want to help make a difference. Climate change is too big an issue for one person to reasonably impact, but the course of a river is dictated by the direction of its individual drops. If my being a part of CCC can help facilitate change for Canadians now and in the future, then it is important for me to be here.
I love reading, rock music, and practice Muay Thai.
